Stevenage 3-1 Tamworth
Stevenage scored three times in the last eight minutes to boost their play-off hopes and crush lowly Tamworth.

The visitors went ahead when Mark Cooper fired a free-kick into the top corner from just outside the area.

But Stevenage hit back when Anthony Elding converted George Boyd's pass and then Boyd set up Dino Maamria to head home as the hosts surged into the lead.

Tamworth ploughed forward to try to net a point but Maamria struck from the spot after Lee Ayres fouled Jon Brady.

Stevenage: Westhead, Brennan, Bunce, Warner, Laker, Richards, Brough, Watson, Gould, Maamria, Elding. Subs: Shamlian, Weatherstone, Brady, Smith, Boyd.

Tamworth: Henderson, Noon, Robinson, Dryden, Cooper, Warner, Colkin, Blunt, Ayres, Barnes, Sylla. Subs: Follett, Quailey, Turner, Jordan, Adie Smith.

Referee: S Rubery (Ilford)
