Morecambe, the runners-up in the Conference last season, entertain Woking at home.
Chester, the play-off semi-finalists, will play their first match of the new campaign at Stevenage.
And the losers in last season's Conference play-off final, Dagenham and Redbridge, go to Leigh RMI.
