Jackson scored both Yeovil goals
Conference leaders Yeovil returned to form following last weekend's surprise FA Trophy defeat by Burscough with victory over 10-man Margate at Crabble.
The home side started brightly with Jean-Michel Sigere attempting an overhead kick within the first two minutes, although his attempt flew wide.
Yeovil saw midfielder Neil Mustoe booked for a foul on the impressive Leon Braithwaite after 10 minutes and seconds later Sigere put the home side ahead with a stunning volley.
Gary Johnson's side looked to be frustrated at Margate's bustling start with Jimmy Aggrey, Lee Johnson and Nick Crittenden all committing fouls in the space of two minutes.
However, the visitors began to stamp their authority on the game and Abdelhalim El Kholti rifled a left-footed shot just wide after 34 minutes.
The hosts suffered a major blow just after the break with John Keister sent off for a second bookable offence.
Yeovil's Andy Lindegaard was unlucky to hit the woodwork with a brilliant shot after 56 minutes but Kirk Jackson provided the equaliser 20 minutes from time with a close-range shot eluding goalkeeper Phillip Smith.
Jackson made it a brace and another win for the Glovers with the winning goal eight minutes from time, firing home another close-range effort.
