Ryan Giggs is the creator, evading several challenges before laying the ball off to the Dutchman, who slots home right-footed from 12 yards.
1952: Champions Bayern Munich take the lead at home to Spartak Moscow with a strike from Claudio Pizarro.
1957: Dutch striker Patrick Kluivert gives Barcelona the lead at home to Bayer Leverkusen. 2003: Porto's Clayton hits the crossbar against Celtic. The Portuguese side are dominating the match.

2100: Manchester United keeper Barthez tries to dribble the ball round Tristan on the edge of the area. The Deportivo striker tackles the Frenchman before curling the ball into an unguarded net.
2101: Porto's Brazilian striker Clayton scores his second goal of the game against struggling Celtic.
2104: Olympiakos, bottom in Group G, take the lead at home to Lille thanks to a strike from Andreas Niniadis. 2107: Feyenoord striker Pierre van Hooijdonk is sent off for serious foul play in the game against Sparta Prague.
2108: Christophe Delmotte extends Lyon's lead against Fenerbahce. 2113: Feyenoord are reduced to nine men when Ferry de Haan is sent off for a second bookable offence.
2118: Group H leaders Sparta Prague go two goals ahead against nine-man Feyenoord in Holland. 2126: Barthez brilliantly blocks a point-blank header from Deportivo's substitute striker Pandiani. 2127: Manchester United substitute Andy Cole misses the target with a header from a floated Ryan Giggs cross from inside the six-yard box. 2128: Brazilian striker Giovanni Silva is sent off for serious foul play against Lille in Group G.
