1700 BST: The Group A game between Lokomotiv Moscow and Roma kicks off. 1833: Roma go ahead thanks to an own goal from Igor Cherevchenko. 1845: Roma secure a vital win away in Moscow. 1945: Tuesday's seven remaining Champions League games kick off. Both Arsenal and Liverpool have sprung selection surprises. The Gunners field an unchanged side from Saturday's win over Southampton. That means Matthew Upson plays in defence despite the availability of England international Martin Keown. Emile Heskey plays as a lone striker for Liverpool, with Robbie Fowler and Jari Litmanen on the bench. 1951: Panathinaikos go close at Highbury. Takis Fyssas beats Arsenal full-back Lauren on the left and hits a low cross into the area. Michalis Konstantinou slides to meet the ball at the edge of the six-yard box but sends his effort marginally wide of the post. 1958: Angelos Basinas dispossesses Patrick Vieira in midfield before unleashing a fierce 35-yard shot that goes over the Arsenal crossbar.
1959: Schalke, the bottom side in Group C, take a surprise lead away against Real Mallorca. Marco van Hoogdalem is the scorer. 2003: Group A leaders Real Madrid go ahead at Anderlecht with a goal from Spanish international Raul.
2006:Tomasz Hajto scores a penalty to put Schalke further ahead against Real Mallorca.
2007: Thierry Henry runs onto a Vieira through-pass before slotting the ball past Panithinaikos keeper Antonis Nikopolidis from the edge of the area. He dives to his right to block the powerful spot-kick from Basinas. The penalty had been awarded when Upson had brought Emmanuel Olisadebe down inside the area. 2013: Mallorca's problems increase when Samuel Etoo is sent off for foul and abusive language.
Borussia Dortmund 0-1 Boavista 2020: England international Steve McManaman scores to extend Real Madrid's against Anderlecht.
2024: Stefano Fiore gives Lazio the lead at home to PSV Eindhoven.
2027: Steven Gerrard curls an inviting cross into the area from the right and Danny Murphy meets the ball with a first-time shot to put Liverpool into the lead at Dynamo Kiev. 2050: Lars Ricken equalises for Borussia Dortmund at home to Boavista.
2053: Olisadebe picks up a weak clearance from Sol Campbell on the left of Arsenal's area before wriggling past Lauren and slotting home from an acute angle. 2055: Henry scores his and Arsenal's second goal of the game with a penalty.
The spot kick had been awarded when Sylvain had gone down under a challenge from Sotiris Kyrgiakos.
2055: Argentine striker Claudio Lopez extends Lazio's lead against PSV Eindhoven with a penalty.
2056:Mateja Kezman gives PSV Eindhoven hope in Rome by pulling a goal back against Lazio.
2059: Tiberiu Ghioane scores with a far post header as Dynamo Kiev draw level against Liverpool.
2108: Giant Czech striker Jan Köller gives Borussia Dortmund the lead against Portuguese side Boavista. 2108: Gerrard scores an opportunistic goal to give Liverpool the lead against Dynamo Kiev.
He brings a cross down with his left foot to turn Olexander Holovko before hitting a right-footed shot that is deflected past Vitaly Reva in the Kiev goal.
2118: Schalke take a commanding lead away at Real Mallorca with a strike from Gerald Asamoah. 2124: Ebbe Sand scores for Schalke as they continue their demolition of Real Mallorca in Spain. 2139: The Liverpool and Arsenal games finish. Both sides have secured crucial 2-1 victories. Elsewhere, Real Madrid become the first side to qualify for the second phase by beating Anderlecht 2-0 in Belgium. Schalke secure their first win of the competition in dramatic style by hammering Real Mallorca 4-0 in Spain and Lazio keep their hopes of progressing alive by beating PSV Eindhoven 2-1 in Rome.
