All the action from Bayern Munich's tense 5-4 penalties victory over Valencia at the San Siro stadium in Milan.
2 mins: 1-0 Valencia: Valencia take the lead when referee Dick Jol awards them a penalty when Patrick Andersson is adjudged to have handled.
Gaizko Mendieta buries the resulting spot kick past Oliver Kahn into the bottom left corner.
6 mins: Santiago Canizares is Valencia's hero as he saves Mehmet Scholl's penalty after Steffen Effenberg is brought down in the box by Jocelyn Angloma.
9 mins: Angloma clears the danger as Effenberg attempts to carve open the Valencia defence.
11 mins: Thomas Linke's shot is blocked in the box as Valencia struggle to clear the ball from a Bayern corner.
13 mins: Bixente Lizararu blazes his shot over the bar as Bayern press forward in search of the equaliser.

87 mins: Zahovic wastes a good opportunity when he decides to shoot instead of cross with three men waiting in the box.
88 mins: Miroslav Djukic comes on for the injured Ayala in the dying minutes of normal time.
90 mins: Three minutes of extra time are added on by the fourth official.
92 mins: Jancker's powerful 20-yard strike goes wide of Canziares' left post after Mendieta is robbed in midfield.

Penalty 4: Carew, like Mendieta, sends Kahn the wrong way, coolly finishing into the bottom corner. Score (1-2)
Penalty 5: Zickler buries his kick into the top right corner. Score (2-2)
Penalty 6: A Fantastic save from Kahn denies Zahovic to level the scores. Miss (2-2)
Penalty 7: Canizares comes to his side's rescue to smoother Andersson's penalty. Miss (2-2)
Penalty 8: Kahn palms Carbone's penalty onto the cross bar for a magnificent save to keep his side in the final. Miss (2-2)
Penalty 9: Effenberg buries his effort into the top corner for the lead. Score (3-2)
Penalty 10: Barraja keeps his side in the game as he nets his kick. Score (3-3)
Penalty 11: Lizarazu whacks his penalty into the back of the net for the lead. Score (4-3)
Penalty 12: Gonazlez hits the perfect penalty into the corner and keeps Valencia in the hunt. Score (4-4)
