1825: Sierra Leone are confirmed as 2-0 winners over Gabon.

1815: Sierra Leone's first scorer, Paul Kpaka, is sent off for elbowing a Gabon defender.

1800: Prince Daye's goal has secured three points for Liberia in Monrovia, as the whistle blows on a 1-0 win against Niger.

1745: GOAL Sierra Leone 2-0 Gabon China-based Mamadou Alpha Jor Bah doubles Sierra Leone's lead in the 52nd minute.

1730: GOAL Liberia 1-0 Niger Prince Daye blasts a right-foot shot into the Niger net after a cross from Dalee Johnson.

1720: Liberia's Christopher Wreh is substituted, ending a miserable day for the striker.

1719: GOAL - Sierra Leone 1-0 Gabon Lamine Conteh's penalty is saved, but Paul Kpaka, on his debut, forces home the rebound to put the Leone Stars a goal ahead at home.

1451: Tanzania's plan of resorting to experience has clearly failed with Sudan taking all the points with a 2-1 win. Zimbabwe have secured an away win over Eritrea thanks to Peter Ndlovu's goal.

1450: It's all over in Lilongwe and Malawi have shocked Angola with a 1-0 win.

1446: - GOAL Malawi 1-0 Angola Raphel Mwafulirwa puts Malawi ahead on his first start for the Flames with four minutes to go and the home fans go ecstatic.

1435: - GOAL Zambia 1-1 Benin Rotson Kilambe equalises for Zambia after being put through with a sublime ball from midfield.

1430: Benin's players are being pelted with missiles from the Zambia fans, and the police have to intervine.

1410: - GOAL Tanzania 1-2 Sudan Tanzania defender Said Sued fouls Sudan's Fizl al Rajab in the area. Al Rajab takes the penalty himself and scores, puting Sudan ahead for the first time in the match.

1343: - GOAL Zambia 0-1 Benin Benin take the lead as fierce counter-attack that catches the Chipolopolo defence off-guard and forces a corner. Moussa Lagounde's inswinger is converted by Wisou Oladipipo.

1330: Benin are clearly playing a defensive game and are frustrating Zambia by packing their back line.

1328: - GOAL Tanzania 1-1 Tanzania's lead lasts just nine minutes, as Justin Laddn equalises for Sudan.

1326: - GOAL Mauritius 0-1 Madagascar Menakely Ruffin nets for Madagascar, who have been building the pressure for some time.

1319: GOAL - Tanzania 1-0 Sudan Athuman Machupa's savage effort puts the Taifa Stars ahead.

1310: GOAL - Eritrea 0-1 Zimbabwe Peter Ndlovu puts the Warriors ahead in Group 6.

1303: The battle of the islanders begins in Flacq, as Mauritius take on Madagascar.

1302: Zambia begin their match against Benin.

1301: Tanzania begin their Group 3 game against Sudan hoping to restore pride after their 4-0 defeat to Benin in the opening round. Meanwhile Zimbabwe kick off away in Eritrea.

1300GMT:Malawi kick off the afternoon's action against Angola before a 40,000-strong crowd at the Civo Stadium in Lilongwe.
