83 mins: At the DR Congo end keeper Tokala dives and saves from the feet of Cameroon's Eto'o Fils.

82 mins: Lua-Lua strikes from the distance - a low fierce show which Boukar has to save twice.

81 mins: DR Congo's Alexis Tekumu is given a yellow card for bringing down Mboma.

80 mins: DR Congo defender Yuvulado gives away a freekick close to his own penalty area, but the Simbas' defence manages to clear safely.

44 mins: Play quickly swings to the DR Congo goal and Mboma misses a clear chance.

43 mins: Nonda can't quite make it to the ball off Lua-Lua's pass.

42 mins: DR Congo's keeper Tokala saves a header from a Cameroonian corner.

40 mins: GOAL - Cameroon 1-0 DR Congo Patrick Mboma scores in style for the Indomitable Lions, going on a run before shooting from 25 yards to score. The ball flies into the top corner of the net.

10 mins: Cameroon's Salomon Olembe's defence-splitting pass is too long and deep for striker Patrick Mboma.

6 mins: DR Congo's Lomano Lua-Lua blasts the ball high and wide after being put through and exposing the Cameroon defence.

4 mins: DR Congo's Bakasu stops a Cameroonian attack as the defending champs win a corner which comes to nothing.

2 mins: Cameroon's Geremi Njitap loses possession but DR Congo can't make good use of it.
