Kallon celebrates his marriage
Mohammed Kallon and his new wife M'mah
Kallon says he has found the perfect wife
Leone Stars captain and Internazionale striker, Mohamed Kallon, has told BBC Sport Online of his happiness after marrying 23 year old M'mah Mansaray at the Freetown central mosque on June 15.

The wedding was the first of its kind in Sierra Leone and was treated as a very colourful state occasion.

It attracted people from all walks of life in Sierra Leone, including the Vice President, Solomon Berewa, cabinet ministers (Designate) and foreign-based players.

Speaking to the BBC, Kallon said that tying the knot with M'mah was a truly great moment for him.

"I have no regret in uniting with M'mah as uniting with her is a dream come true," he said.

"I love her too much.

"I met with M'mah nine years ago when I was playing local football and she is the type of woman I'm looking for as she is cute, truthful and obedient."

Great year

Kallon added that the guest list would have been even longer had the wedding not taken place at a rather inopportune time.

"Had not been for the World Cup, my manager, Hector Cupa, and co-players at Inter Milan including Ronaldo, Seedorf, Vieri and Zanetti would have been here in Freetown for my wedding because they love me."

Kallon, now 23, had a wonderful season with Inter Milan, forming part of a lethal partnership with the returning Ronaldo and finishing high in both the Caf and BBC African Player of the Year polls.
