Former African Champions League winners Etoile du Sahel of Tunisia have named Dutchman Piet Hamberg as their new coach.
The 56-year-old is the former Academy Manager at English club Liverpool as well as an assistant coach with Togo at the 2006 World Cup in Germany.
He takes over from Khaled Ben Sassi, who has been caretaker coach since Lotfi Rhim was sacked two months ago.
Hamed Kammoun, who replaced Moez Driss as Etoile chairman a week ago, has decided to replace Ben Sassi despite his good results so far.
Etoile have struggled since winning the African Champions League in 2007 when they beat Egypt's Al Ahly in the final.
This season they struggled in the group stages of the Champions League and did not make it in the semi-finals.
They have not qualified for the 2010 Champions League and instead will play in the second-tier Confederation Cup.
Hamberg is expected to start his job early in the New Year.
