Captain Ahmed Hassan holds aloft Egypt's third consecutive Nations Cup

Egypt have won the biennial Africa Cup of Nations a record seven times and made it three in a row when they lifted the trophy in Angola 2010.

The Pharaohs beat Ghana 1-0 in the final in Luanda with Mohamed 'Gedo' Nagy scoring the only goal of the game.

Gabon and Equatorial Guinea will jointly stage the tournament in 2012, while Libya will host it in 2013.
