Niger striker Ouwo Moussa Maazou has moved to Russian club CSKA Moscow
Niger striker Ouwo Moussa Maazou has joined Russian club CSKA Moscow from Belgian side Lokeren.
The clubs reached an initial agreement for the move in January and with the Russian transfer window closing Thursday the two sides have now finalised a five-year deal.
The 20-year-old Moussa Maazou only joined Lokeren in January last year and was under contract until 2013.
He has scored 14 goals this season to be second-top scorer in the Belgian league.
French club Paris Saint-Germain had apparently also made an approach but CSKA eventually got his signature at a cost of around US$6.4m.
