Tunisia leave out key players

Tunisia
Tunisia will take on Ghana on 19 November in Accra

Tunisia coach Humberto Coelho has excluded players of Confederation Cup finalists Etoile du Sahel and CS Sfaxien from his squad to face Ghana next week.

The friendly in Accra will be played on 19 November, just three days away from the second leg of the final of the continental club competition.

The two Tunisian clubs met in the first leg in Sfax which ended 0-0 but both sides are confident of lifting the trophy.

This prompted the Portuguese coach to leave out players from the two sides for the warm up.

The only exclusion is Etoile's Ali Med Nfakha who is suspended for the tie in Sousse on 22 November.

Germany-based duo of Karim Haggui and Mohamed Chermiti as well as defender Radhi Jaidi were also left out of the Carthage Eagles squad.

Coelho's squad for the game in Accra includes France-based duo of Issam Jomaa and Silva Dos Santos.

The two countries lined up the friendly as part of their build-up to the start of the second phase of the 2010 World Cup qualifiers.

The Carthage Eagles have been drawn in Group B with Nigeria, Kenya and Mozambique.

The Black Stars will take on Benin, Mali and Sudan in Group D.
