Cameroon remain the top-ranked side in Africa

Cameroon are still the top-ranked side in Africa after a quiet month where little international football was played.

The latest list issued by football's world governing body, Fifa sees the Indomitable Lions dropping down two places to 15th in the world.

European Champions Spain are still top of the world rankings.

Ghana remain the second best side in Africa and move up one place to 19th in the world.

Egypt are still third on the continent and go up three places to 21st globally.

The changes are largely due to the devaluation of some results from last year.

Fifa uses a system of weighting of past results to determine its rankings.
