Emmanuel Adebayor
Emmanuel Adebayor was the 2007 BBC African footballer of the year
Emmanuel Adebayor is one of Africa's biggest sporting names - and the BBC is going to put your questions to him directly.

The Arsenal and Togo striker has made such an impact recently that you voted him as the 2007 BBC African Footballer of the year.

And now he is preparing for action with the Hawks, as they try to qualify for the World and Nations Cups in 2010.

The BBC's African sports programme Fast Track is making a documentary about his journey, as he travels to Togo and Ghana, on what the player himself calls his "journey of hope."

During the trip he will receive his BBC award from the President of Togo, Faure Gnassingbe.

Adebayor will also meet King Otumfuo Osei Tutu, King of the Asante people, during his trip to Ghana.

And he will sit down with the BBC and answer your questions about his life and career.
