Sfaxien are through to the fourth round of the Confederation Cup
Holders CS Sfaxien scraped through to the next round of the Confederation Cup after beating Senegalese club, ASC Linguere on away goals.
Sfaxien came back to beat Linguere 2-1 in Sfax on Saturday after losing 3-2 two weeks earlier.
Meanwhile former African Champions Esperance thrashed Togolese minnows US Masseda 6-1 in Tunis.
Esperance go through 6-2 on aggregate after losing the first leg 1-0.
Astres Douala of Cameroon are also through on the away goals rule after a 1-1 aggregate draw with Vita Club of DR Congo where they are joined by Haras El Hadood of Egypt.
The Egyptian club beat Al Akhdar of Libya 2-1 on aggregate.
Winners advance to the fourth round in June where they will be joined by the eight teams eliminated from the third round of the African Champions League.
