The African Super Cup

African Super Cup
Egypt's Al Ahly have won the Super Cup a record four times

The Super Cup is a one-off game between the winners of Africa's two continental competitions: the Champions League and the Confederation Cup.

The venue for the prestigious match is traditionally the home ground of the winners of the Champions League.

The 2012 Super Cup was won by MAS after the Moroccans beat African Champions League winners Esperance 4-3 on penalties, following a 1-1 draw in Tunis, on 25 February.

Egypt's Al Ahly have won the Super Cup a record four times surpassing the total of their great rivals Zamalek, who have won the trophy three times.
