Zimbabwe's Highlanders kicked off their Confederation Cup campaign with a convincing 3-0 win over Ferroviario Nampula of Mozambique on Sunday.
The home side dominated the early exchanges and took the lead on 18 minutes when Jacob Muzokomba slotted home from close range.
Richard Choruma doubled the home side's lead on 75 minutes before Eric Mudzingwa's strike on the stroke of full time sealed the victory.
Elsewhere, Express of Uganda needed an Ivan Bwire strike in the 24th minute to edge past Inter Stars of Burundi 1-0.
