The Confederation of African Football (Caf) has put an indefinite ban on Togo's Kegue stadium.

This following attacks on Mali players after their Nations Cup qualifier on 12 October.
The winner-takes-all clash ended in a 2-0 victory for Mali, and saw Togo missing out on the 2008 finals.
Mali striker Frederic Kanoute and Mamady Sidibe were both injured after being attacked by Togolese supporters, and several Mali fans were taken to hospital.
Sidibe was cut on the arm after an attack by a spectator while Kanoute was injured on his back.
Mali coach Jean Francois Jodar told the French newspaper L'Equipe: "It was like a battle field.
"The players had to seek safety in the change room and there was blood everywhere."
Caf officials said any further sanctions would be a matter for their disciplinary committee.
