Nigeria beat South Africa 4-0 to win the women's gold medal at the All Africa Games on Sunday.
A brace by Ifeanyi Chiejine helped the Super Falcons to the victory.
Chiejine, who scored in all four games of the campaign, finished as the tournament's top scorer with five goals.
She put the Nigerians in the lead after just four minutes before Vera Okolo doubled in lead in the 18th minute.
Perpetua Nkwocha took advantage of a defensive mix-up to make it 3-0 just after the break before Chiejine's strike with 15 minutes remaining.
Meanwhile Ghana took the bronze medal on Saturday after defeating hosts Algeria 3-1.
Guinea will face Cameroon for the gold medal in the men's football tournament on Monday.
Cameroon beat Zambia 2-1 to advance while Guinea defeated Tunisia 1-0 to clinch their place.
Cameroon dominated the early exchanges but had to wait until 54th minute when Roger Guy Toinduba took advantage of a defensive slip-up to open the scoring.
Christian Bekamenga doubled their lead with a 65th minute strike before Simon Bwalya got a consolation for Zambia.
Elsewhere, a second-half strike from A. K. Bangoura was enough for Guinea to overcome Tunisia to set up a clash with Cameroon for the gold medal on Monday.
Tunisia beat Zambia 1-0 to win the bronze medal for the men's tournament on Sunday.
