2007GMT: FULL TIME Burkina Faso 0-1 Tanzania Tanzania temporarily go top of Group 7 by this victory in Ouagadougou. Tanzania are, however, likely to lose top spot to Senegal when the Teranga Lions play Mozambique tomorrow.

1934GMT: GOAL! Burkina Faso 0-1 Tanzania Henry Joseph beats the offside trap and cleverly chips the ball over the advancing keeper.

1922GMT: Disaster for Tanzania as Nsajigwa also receives his marching orders for attacking a Burkinabe player. Tempers are flaring here as Tanzania's Brazilian coach Marcio Maximo is also sent-off for complaining over the referee's decision.

1920GMT: Tanzania should now take advantage of their numerical strength to impose themselves on the game.

1907GMT: FULL TIME Tunisa 2-0 Mauritius A relatively uneventful second half in Tunis leaves Group 7 very tightly poised, following Sudan's 2-0 win over Seychelles. The winner of the final group qualifying match between leaders Tunisia and second-placed Sudan in September will qualify for the Nations Cup.

1852GMT: Half time in Burkina Faso. The Stallions are in control of the match but strikers Dagano and Sanou have been profligate.

1834GMT: Keeper Ivo Mapunda has been treated and the game in Ouagadougou resumes after a brief hold-up following his injury.

1702GMT: FULL TIME Namibia 1-1 DR Congo A relatively uneventful second half in Windhoek leaves Group 10 very tightly poised, with any of the teams able to qualify - at least until tomorrow's Libya-Ethiopia match is played.

1458GMT FULL TIME Botswana 2-1 Mauritania Botswana hold onto their win, despite a few nervy moments following Mauritania's goal.

1344GMT: GOAL Botswana 2-0 Mauritana Botswana double their advantage on 40 minutes through a beauty from Dipsy Selolwane - a long-range effort from outside the penalty area the flies into the top corner.

1335GMT: Five minutes to go to half time in Botswana's National Stadium, and the home side look very comfortable indeed.

1329GMT: Botswana are looking well worth their lead and are seeking to press home their advantage.
