Emmanuel Adebayor has been voted Togo's foreign-based Player of the Year for the second year running.
The 21-year-old helped Togo to successfully qualify for the 2006 World Cup in Germany, and played in all three of their group match defeats.
In club football, Adebayor has scored 10 goals in 29 appearances since moving to English Premier League club Arsenal from French side Monaco in January.
The striker has scored three times in the last four games for the Gunners.
Guingamp forward Kader Mohamed Cougbadja was elected best Togolese player at the World Cup.
