Former Brazil international Carlos Mozer has signed a two-year contract to coach Angolan police team InterClube from next season.
Mozer, who worked as an assistant to Jose Mourinho when he was in charge at Benfica, will take over the team next month from Portuguese coach Romeu Silva.
The 46-year-old played for Brazil at the 1990 World Cup finals in Italy.
He had spells at Benfica in Portugal and France's Olympique Marseille in his career as a central defender.
InterClube are chasing a place in next year's African Champions League, needing to finish in the top two in the GiraBola to make sure of a place.
InterClube lie second in the standings.
