Result: Angola 3-1 Kenya (08/10/06)

Flavio Amaro scored two goals and Mateus added another to help Angola beat Kenya 3-1.

Amaro scored his first goal in the 27th minute and then added another with a header in the 68th.

Mateus scored in between with a goal in the 60th off a pass from Ze Kalanga.

Boniface Abani got one back for the visitors in the 81st.

Result: Eritrea 0-0 Swaziland (08/10/06)

Swaziland claimed a deserved point away to Eritrea as both sides wasted chances.

Heroics from both keepers prevented either side from taking the lead before the break.

The second 45 minutes never reached the heights of the first half as both sides struggled to get behind the opposition defence.

Result: Swaziland 0-2 Angola (03/09/06)

World Cup finalists Angola scored a comfortable 2-0 away win over Swaziland at the start of their 2008 campaign.

Using the bulk of their World Cup squad, Angola picked up three points after goals from Jamba and Loco.

The game marked the return after a nine-month drug ban for Angola leftback Yamba Asha, whose suspension sidelined him from both the Nations Cup and World Cup finals.

Result: Kenya 1-2 Eritrea (02/09/06)

Eritrea humiliated Kenya in their own backyard en route to winning only their third ever international.

After an uneventful first half, the game burst into life in the 60th minute, when Eritrea drew first blood after a steady build-up of Eritrean pressure had breached Kenya's defence.

But five minutes later, the Harambe Stars were back on level terms through experienced midfielder Robert Mambo.

Shimangu Yednekatchew's 68th minute winner then handed the tiny Red Sea state a famous win.
