Lomana LuaLua has been named as the Democratic Republic of Congo's captain for the African Nations Cup finals.
LuaLua is to take over captain's role from injured Shabani Nonda
The Portsmouth striker LuaLua takes over as skipper for the second successive tournament from the injured Shabani Nonda.
Injury to German-based midfielder Cedric Makiadi saw him miss out on a trip to the finals, while Israeli-based Alain Masudi has been dropped.
Congo are in Group B with Cameroon and World Cup finalists Angola and Togo.
