Ghana striker Matthew Amoah has agreed a transfer to German first division side Borussia Dortmund.
Amoah, formerly with Dutch side Vitesse Arnhem, completed the deal on Thursday.
He rejoins coach Bert van Marwijk, who managed him during the 1999 season, when both were at Dutch side Fortuna Sittard in the 1999/00 season.
The 25-year-old Amoah has signed a two-year contract until 2008 and will join the Bundesliga side during next January's transfer window.
"There was a number of options but Amoah was the one the manager wanted," Hans-Joachim Watzke, Dortmund's finance director, told the Westfalische Rundschau.
