Cameroon coach Winfried Schaefer has signed a new contract that will keep him with the Indomitable Lions until 2006.
Cameroon's football federation, Fecafoot, announced the extension of
Schaefer's contract late on Friday.
Schaefer has signed with a week to go until the kick-off of the African Cup Of Nations - a tournament he won with the side last time out.
That victory was achieved only six months after first taking over the side.
Cameroon are trying to make history by winning a third
consecutive Nations Cup in Tunisia where the 2004 tournament
will be played from 24 January to 14 February.
