Spurs after Swazi star
Dennis Masina
Masina is the heart of the Swaziland side
Swaziland star Dennis Masina could be on his way to English Premiership club Tottenham Hotspur - provided Dutch club Feyenoord do not sign him first.

Midfielder Masina, who excelled in Swaziland's 2-1 win against Libya in last Sunday's African Nations Cup qualifier, is currently in Holland having trials with the Rotterdam club.

But his agent Mike Makaab confirmed that if Feyenoord did not take up their option on Masina, the player would be looked at by Tottenham.

"Yes, it's true that we have received an offer for Masina to have trials with Tottenham," Makaab confirmed.

But he added that Masina would wait to see how his trial in Holland went before making any further decisions.

"We're still looking at the Holland deal with Feyenoord. We will take things one at a time," Makaab said.

"It will not take two weeks for them to assess him because he has been there before. It will be approximately a week," he added.

"At this point in time, it's really hard to say whether he will sign or not but his chances are bright because he's a very good player."
