Andrey named new Congo boss
Andrey has experience in Switzerland and Greece
Congo have appointed former Swiss club manager Claude Andrey as the coach of the country's national team.
Andrey, 52, was previously in charge of Swiss sides FC Sion and Etoile Carouge. He also worked in Greece. He will take over from Henri Endzanga - who was only named in the same post last month. Endzanga, who is coach of Congo's club champions Etoile du Congo, had been placed in charge of Congo's African Nations Cup qualifying campaign. But officials said at the weekend that Andrey would now take over from him. |
