Your verdict - Man Utd are arrogant
Sir Alex Ferguson
Arrogant? Ferguson and Co provoked a huge response
Nearly 10,000 people joined in BBC Sport Online's latest football vote: the question - are Manchester United arrogant?

The result could be interpreted as both good and bad for United, with 67.65% saying the Old Trafford outfit are too big for their boots.

BBC Sport Online staged the vote after United's Champions League rivals PSV Eindhoven took them to task for fielding a weakened team in Holland earlier in the competition.

Supporters of Sir Alex Ferguson's team argue that a touch of arrogance is needed by any club consistently vying for top honours, but their detractors doubtless see it as a negative quality.

Interacting

What ever the reasons behind the 9,921 votes cast, it is clear that BBC Sport Online's latest way of interacting football fans is already a huge hit.

Almost 20,000 people told us who they think should be the next England manager, with former boss Terry Venables grabbing a massive 41.21% share of the vote.

Another 10,000 voted when we asked should England look abroad for their new manager, with 59.23% coming out against the idea.

In our vote on whether video replays should be used to help match officials resolve on-pitch controversies, 86.43% said 'yes'.
