Peel completed an Isle of Man cup double on Sunday after adding the Hospital Cup to the Railway Cup they won back in December.
The westerners beat Douglas High School Old Boys 2-1 at The Bowl to secure their second trophy of the season.
Manager Rick Holden said: "It is good to win the cup competitions but we really want the league title."
Daniel Bell scored both of Peel's goals with Callum Stewart pulling one back for Old Boys.
Colin Purvis's men had several chances to force extra-time but could not beat Pell stopper Kelvin Dawson again.
