FA funding could be withdrawn - Sutcliffe

Sports Minister Gerry Sutcliffe tells BBC Radio 4's Today programme the partnership between the FA, Premier League and Football League "needs to be stronger to promote the interest of the game" and adds funding could be withdrawn as a last resort.
