Peel defeated bitter rivals Rushen United 3-0 on Saturday in the first round of the Isle of Man FA Cup.
The result saw Peel get their revenge for last month's Railway Cup disappointment at the hands of the southern outfit.
Two goals from Kerron Christian and one from Marc Kelly sealed a place in the quarter-finals for the league leaders.
The only downside for Peel was the last minute dismissal of Christian for a second bookable offence.
Meanwhile, in the other all-Premier League ties St Mary's bounced back to form, thrashing Union Mills 6-1 at the Bowl whilst Old Boys saw off Colby 3-1 at Blackberry Lane.
Elsewhere, St George's booked their place in the last eight with a thumping 6-0 win at Marown and they're joined by Michael who beat Malew 4-0 at Clagh Vane.
Ayre United scraped into the quarters after a dramatic 9-8 penalty shoot-out win at St John's and Laxey's Lee Cowley scored four as the Miners enjoyed a 5-1 win at Pulrose.
