Portuguese Club won their ninth-successive game in Jersey's Championship by beating Nomads 5-1 to go 12 points clear at the top.
Nomads had four players sent off in the ill-tempered affair and Portuguese took advantage, with Richard Russell scoring two goals.
Carlos Carolo, Ricardo de Sousa and Marcio Caldeira were also on target for Portuguese Club.
Mapgies are up to second in the table after winning 4-1 at St Brelade.
Luke Heynes got two, while Darren Quintal and Tony Simoes also scored for the 'Pies. Ollie Nightingale got St Brelade's consolation.
Magpies have a one-point lead over First Tower United, who did not play, and are two points better off than St Clement, who had their match at home to St Martin/SCF called off because of a waterlogged pitch.
Tower have a game in hand on Magpies and St Clement have two in hand.
In the day's other game, sixth-placed Beeches drew 2-2 with third-from-bottom St John. Jamie Smith and Flamack Tourecq scored for St John, with Ian Doyle and Dean Mills got Beeches' goals.
