Beatson boys defeat Scots in Cup

Trinity v Jersey Scottish
Trinity are the first side through to the Charity Cup final

Premiership leaders Trinity are the first side through to the first cup final of the season after beating Jersey Scottish 3-2 in the Charity Cup.

Trinity boss Joe Morley had brothers Barry and John Beatson to thank for the goals which saw them through.

Barry chipped in with two goals and John got the other for the parish side at Les Quennevais on Tuesday night.

They will now face either St Paul's or Grouville, who meet in the other semi-final on Tuesday, 30 September.
