Jersey's Under-18s will be able to continue playing matches in France
Jersey's junior football teams have landed a new sponsorship deal worth £25,000 over the next three years.
The deal, with HD Ferries, covers the Under-16s and 18s sides and includes free transport to France.
Jersey Football Association president Ricky Weir says it will allow the island's youngsters to continue to play games against French teams.
"The continuation and improvement of these opportunities will raise the standards of our players," Weir said.
Island junior manager Dave Walsh believes more matches against French opposition will raise the standards of island football.
"In Jersey we have a tremendous amount of talent at these crucial age groups and this sponsorship agreement will help us develop our games programme for these players."
