Hancock is mourned by Devon clubs
Former Plymouth, Torquay and Exeter wing-half Dave Hancock has died at the age of 68.

Hancock was born in Exeter in July 1938, and went on to represent all three Devon clubs in the League.

He made two appearances for Plymouth after coming through their junior ranks, before joining Torquay in 1959.

Hancock spent five years with the Gulls, making 177 league appearances, before moving to Exeter in 1964, where he helped them to promotion that year.

He made 40 league appearances in the Grecians' colours before moving to live in South Africa.
