Swansea City have agreed a month-long loan deal for Birmingham City defender Marcos Painter.
Painter provides cover for the injured Tom Williams
The 20-year-old Republic Of Ireland Under-21 international can play at left-back or centre-half.
He will cover for Swansea's regular left-back Tom Williams, out for at least a month after a hernia operation.
Sutton Coldfield-man Painter, from the St Andrew's academy system, signed a new three-year deal in the summer, but has only played twice this season.
