Zurawski made his debut as a substitute

Maciej Zurawski missed a penalty on his Celtic debut as his new club were held to a goal-less draw by Fulham.

The Polish striker made his first appearance from the bench, with Jeremie Aliadiere and Mo Camara starting.

Fulham's Ahmad Elrich started at Craven Cottage for the first time and the home side could have opened the scoring but Claus Jensen's shot was blocked.

Celtic's best chance came when Mark Crossley brought down Shaun Maloney, but Zurawski's spot kick was saved.
