Andrew Keogh swept home Wayne Corden's pass to extend their lead shortly before the hour-mark.
Substitute Tommy Johnson made it 3-0 with 13 minutes left, firing home from 12 yards, before Matthew Doughty got a consolation goal for the hosts.
