Norwich boss Nigel Worthington has won the Division One Nationwide Manager of the Month award for September.
The Northern Irishman steered the Canaries to four wins and a draw in the five league games played last month to help the club up into fourth place.
The Division Two award was won by Colchester boss Phil Parkinson courtesy of the Us winning four and drawing two of their six games.
Parkinson has taken the Layer Road outfit up to sixth in the league.
Yeovil's Gary Johnson was the Third Division's top manager with five wins and a draw from six matches in his side's first ever season in the Football League.
Last season's runaway Conference champions cemented their fine start and now lie third, just three points behind leaders Hull.
Meanwhile in the Conference, Barnet boss Martin Allen claimed the divisional award after steering the Bees to four wins and a draw from five games.
A 1-0 win away at Shrewsbury on Saturday despite injury problems sent the Underhill outfit up to third in the table.
