Farah Williams
The biggest find of the 2001/02 season, Williams' career took off last season after she joined the Addicks from Chelsea.

Williams' performances attracted the attention of England manager Hope Powell and in the middle of an injury crisis, Williams responded to a last-minute call-up to make her debut for the national team aged just 18 in a World Cup qualifier last season.

Soon afterwards, she made her first start against Portugal, scoring from a free-kick.

The 19-year-old helped both the under-19s qualify for the World Cup in Canada in and the full side reach the 2003 World Cup play-offs.

Williams picked up Charlton's Player of the Year and the Umbro Young Player of the Year award last season.

She has scored twice in the FA Cup this season - both in the 8-0 win over Manchester United.
