Reading help out Ljungberg
Ljungberg was injured at the World Cup
Reading have agreed to play Arsenal in a friendly to help speed the return from injury of Gunners star Freddie Ljungberg.
The match will take place behind closed doors at Arsenal's London Colney training ground next Wednesday. Arsenal manager Arsene Wenger will field a reserve team around Ljungberg, who has been out of action since June. A hip injury sustained whilst playing for Sweden against Argentina ruled him out of the last two games of the World Cup and meant he was forced to undergo an operation to repair the problem. After the operation he returned home to Sweden to help aid his recovery.
