Forest Green Rovers and Canvey Island will contest this season's FA Umbro Trophy final after clinching wins in the semi-finals.

Conference strugglers Forest Green clinched a 6-3 aggregate win over Hereford United following a 4-1 win at Edgar Street.

Frankie Bennett put Forest Green ahead in the 14th minute and Alex Meechan, Chris Burns and Adrian Foster added further goals for the away side.

Ian Wright got the sole consolation for Hereford.

Canvey Island shocked Chester 2-0 at the Deva Stadium to ease through 4-0 on aggregate.

The FA Umbro Trophy final will be held at Villa Park on 13 May.
