There were 25 teams of Zapcat racers in Plymouth Sound for rounds 7 & 8 of the Zapcat National Championships on Saturday and Sunday.
Torrential rain and heavy winds on Saturday were replaced by calmer racing conditions on Sunday.
Zapcats are capable of speeds approaching 50mph.
Spectators were able to enjoy a panoramic view of the action across Plymouth Sound.
State of Mind, a team of Royal Marines, are now eighth in the Zapcat Championship following the action in Plymouth.
All Zapcats are built to the the same design, weigh less than 150kg and have a 50hp out-board engine.
Rain stayed away on Sunday, but strong winds continued to provide testing conditions for the teams.
Blue Sheets Racing took the top position on the podium on both days of competition to retain their lead at the top of the Zapcat Championship.
