England's women cruised to their second World Cup warm-up victory with a 116-run win over the West Indies in Campbelltown on Wednesday.

England won the toss and batted, with Sarah Taylor (68) and Beth Morgan (53 not out) top-scoring in 210-6 total.

Jenny Gunn, suspended from Australian state cricket because of an illegal action, was among the bowlers who dismissed the West Indies for 94.

Spinner Holly Colvin ended with figures of 3-6 from 6.2 overs.

Spinner Laura Marsh and seamer Anya Shrubsole each collected two wickets.

England opted to rest batter Sarah Taylor and Lauren Griffiths, with captain Charlotte Edwards dropping down to eight in the order.

"We experimented a little with the batting line-up, it proved successful for Beth, who we promoted to number three," said assistant coach Jack Birkenshaw.

"She played really well and got a really attractive 50 not out, which should give her confidence for the rest of the competition.

"Sarah Taylor put in an excellent innings timing the ball beautifully and once again she was retired after making an attractive 50."
