Rolls has only missed one international series in the last decade

Long-serving New Zealand wicket-keeper Rebecca Rolls has announced her retirement from all forms of cricket.
The 31-year-old scored 2,201 runs and took 133 dismissals in 104 one-day internationals since her debut in 1997.
As well as helping the Kiwis win the women's World Cup in 2000, she also represented New Zealand at football.
"I've enjoyed it immensely. I'm excited for the future of women's cricket, but the time is right to move on with the next stage of my life," Rolls said.
Her record of dismissals in women's ODIs is still the highest number for any wicket-keeper.
White Ferns coach Steve Jenkin added: "We are definitely going to miss her.
"Since I have been here, she has been an important part of our team and integral to our planning for the next World Cup, and the way we play cricket.
"However, she has represented her country proudly at two sports in a distinguished career and it is ultimately her decision. We wish her the best for the future."
New Zealand recently lost to Australia in the final of he quadrangular tournament in India, in which England came third and the hosts finished fourth.
