The wicket-keeper is the busiest player in the fielding team and is always in the thick of things.
Just watch a wicket-keeper during a Test match and you will see how involved they are in the game.
They are up and down all the time - so it is very important the keeper has a comfortable stance.
STEP ONE
With knees bent, crouch down, positioned slightly outside off stump, so that you have a clear view past the stumps.
STEP TWO
Weight should be on the front of your feet, with the head kept still and the hands, close together, down between the feet, with fingers pointing downwards.
