Zimbabwe took plenty of positives out of their tour match in Chittagong which ended in a draw on Monday.
They finally declared their first innings in the three-day fixture on 522-3 with Hamilton Masakadza and Brendan Taylor both hitting fifties.
In reply, the Bangladesh Cricket Board XI collapsed to 197-7 despite an unbeaten century from Al Sahariar.
Elton Chigumbura was the most successful bowler for the tourists with 3-19. The first Test is on Friday.
