Pakistan Cricket Board director of operations Abbas Zaidi has resigned three days after close associate Shaharyar Khan walked out as chairman.
The PCB sacked Mushtaq Ahmed as assistant coach on Saturday, and team manager Zaheer Abbas on 13 September.
Zaidi told BBC Asian Network: "We have a new management in place and a new chairman [Nasim Ashraf].
"I thought the most dignified way of doing things was to make way for others to come up with new ideas."
Younis Khan leads a disjointed team at the ICC Champions Trophy. Having refused the role of captaincy on Thursday, he accepted it hours after Khan had resigned.
